Join us for a yoga adventure inspired by classic children's picture books! Each week, playful yoga poses will be matched to the characters, themes, and adventures from a children’s book. Our Storytime Yoga sessions are designed to spark creativity, movement, and mindfulness, blending the joy of reading with the benefits of yoga.

Engage Imagination: Each session starts with a read-aloud of a classic picture book.

Move and Stretch: Kids then practice yoga poses inspired by the story’s characters and events, making the story come alive through movement.

Calm and Connect: We end each class with a peaceful moment of relaxation, leaving children feeling calm, focused, and connected.

Perfect for kids ages 3-6. Storytime Yoga encourages literacy, physical activity, and mindfulness—all while having fun!
